Privacy Statement

Who is responsible?

visibel.io is the service name. The legal operator, registered address and company/VAT number are pending confirmation. Privacy enquiries: contact@visibel.io.

Data and purposes

Trial enquiries contain your name, work email and optional company name. We use these to respond and arrange requested access, on the basis of steps towards a contract. Correspondence and security records may be handled for legitimate interests in providing support and protecting the service; legally required records are processed to meet legal obligations.

Optional visit measurement

With consent, we record an IP address, visitor identifier, page paths, time on pages and campaign information, and may link the visit to a trial request. Refusing measurement does not prevent a trial request. You can withdraw consent through the cookie settings icon. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement; it does not automatically delete existing records.

Candidate data and AI

Recruitment agencies generally control the candidate data they upload and must provide appropriate notices and a lawful basis. Where visibel.io processes data on their behalf, a separate data processing agreement is required. AI output and anonymous profiles require human review: removing names does not guarantee that a person cannot be identified. The agency remains responsible for recruitment decisions. The production AI providers, data flows and training arrangements still need to be documented.

Storage, recipients and transfers

This website stores trial and measurement records in its WordPress CRM. It supports optional synchronisation with a configured Firebase/Firestore database and a separate product application. Access should be limited to authorised personnel and contracted providers. The production providers, hosting regions and any transfers outside the EEA must be confirmed; applicable transfer safeguards must be documented before such transfers occur.

Retention

The browser measurement choice is valid for 30 days. This is not a server-side deletion period. The CRM currently has no verified automatic retention schedule. Retention periods for enquiries, measurement, candidate data, backups and billing records must be set according to purpose and legal requirements before launch.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email contact@visibel.io; proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Requests are normally answered within one month, with extensions where legally permitted.
