This policy covers cookies and browser local storage used by the website. Local storage is not a cookie, but can also store information on your device.

Measurement preference

The key visibel-measurement-v2 stores your allow/refuse choice and an expiry timestamp; when measurement is accepted it can also hold a visitor token. The choice is valid for 30 days. The stored item may remain in the browser after expiry until replaced or cleared. Remembering refusal does not activate visit measurement.

Optional measurement

Only after acceptance, the CRM measures visited page paths, visible time on pages, IP address and campaign details. A token may link a visit to a trial or a connected product journey. Server records have a separate retention schedule, still to be confirmed. This reviewed theme and tracker do not include advertising pixels.

Necessary functions

WordPress may use authentication and session cookies when you sign in. Additional cookies or storage used by the separate product, embedded services or future integrations must be inventoried before enabling them; non-essential storage requires an appropriate choice.

Change your choice

Use the cookie icon at the bottom-right of the page and select No thanks to stop future optional measurement, or allow measurement to enable it. You can also clear site storage in your browser. Clearing storage does not delete existing server records; contact contact@visibel.io for data requests.
