Terms of Use

Draft for review — operator identity, retention periods, service providers and commercial terms must be confirmed before public use.

Scope and provider

These draft terms cover professional use of visibel.io. The legal operator, registered address and company/VAT number remain to be confirmed. A signed order or service agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.

Service and human oversight

visibel.io supports candidate profiles, matching and recruitment follow-up. Features depend on the agreed plan and connected services. AI results can be incomplete or inaccurate; review profiles, anonymisation and matches before sharing or taking action. No placement, revenue or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials secure and use the service lawfully. Upload only information you are entitled to process and share. Do not upload unlawful content, send unsolicited or unlawful communications, bypass security, infringe intellectual property rights, or use candidate data for unlawful discrimination.

Customer data

Customers retain their rights in uploaded data and authorise processing needed to deliver the agreed service. They must establish a lawful basis, provide candidate notices and review public profiles. A separate data processing agreement must govern processing on behalf of customers before live candidate data is uploaded.

Trials, subscriptions and payment

The website currently advertises a one-month trial for up to five candidate profiles without a credit card, ending automatically. A paid subscription requires a separate order. Price, taxes, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions must be disclosed and agreed before payment; no unspecified automatic paid conversion is authorised by this draft.

Suspension, termination and export

Access may be restricted where necessary to address security threats, unlawful use or material breach, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate. Cancellation, notice periods, export access and deletion timelines must be specified in the service agreement. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property and responsibility

Customers retain their data rights; the service and its software remain subject to their owners’ intellectual property rights. Responsibility for loss is determined by applicable law and the signed agreement. No unconfirmed liability cap, governing law or exclusive court is imposed by this draft.

Changes and contact

Material changes should be communicated before they take effect, without overriding mandatory rights or an agreed contract. Contact contact@visibel.io for support or contractual questions. Last updated: 21 September 2026.
